Bernese Mountain Dog puppies for sale

Known as the Berner, the Bernese Mountain Dog is a big Working Group dog with a thick black, rust and white coat.

• Big. Grown Berners weigh 70 to 115 pounds, so plan for a large dog.
• Sheds heavily. The thick double coat needs regular brushing all year.
• Great with families. AKC rates the breed 5 of 5 with young children.
• Shorter life. Usually 7 to 10 years, so health testing on the parents matters.
